Our Covid-19 Policies

Relate IT is committed to a safe working environment

Steps we are taking to protect you from COVID-19

Limiting the spread of coronavirus is the top priority of our communities and businesses. It requires everyone to work together, especially when promoting a safe business and workplace environment for our Employees and Customers. We are continuing to monitor best practices and adapt to any changes in directives from Governing Agencies. Our utmost priority is to protect the health and well-being of both of our Employees.

We wanted to take a moment to share with you some of the steps we are taking to promote and prioritize current best practices to ensure safety measures are in place.

PROTECTING OUR BUSNESSES FAMILIES & BUSINESS NEEDS

Our Employees are the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to their safety as well as their families. We have established protocols to guide our decision-making as we continue to serve our Customers while staying diligent to the most up to date safety guidelines.

  • We are focusing our support strategy on utilizing remote access tools and applications based on functionality, accessibility, ease of use and security that best fits our Customer’s needs. This strategy is designed to keep your business continuity while mitigating impact to your Employees.
  • We have reorganized our office layout and technical areas to limit close contact situations per the recommended 6 Feet spacing guidelines.
  • We have a “leave at door” policy for any deliveries coming to our offices and require PPE compliance for anyone entering our office space.
  • Should one of our Employees test positive, have confirmation of exposure to someone who has tested positive that they have had direct contact with, or should an employee be identified as high-risk through traceability, we immediately quarantine our employees while closing our office per Governing guidelines.
  • We are actively monitoring all in place security measures and adjusting safety protocols as changes to Governing guidelines are put in place to ensure we are all protected.
  • For those instances that require on-site technical support, we are minimizing the number of employee’s on property. We ensure that we have the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including masks, sanitizers, and gloves where needed.
  • We remain in close contact with our Customers to ensure we are part of the notification process should any of their Employees test positive or be identified as high-risk. We will operate remotely for those Customer’s while immediately quarantining our Employees should they have been on-site with that Customer.

We would like to thank you for putting your trust in us and thank each of you for doing your part to support the best practices to keep our families and communities safe. Should you have any questions regarding our safety procedures and practices, please feel free to contact our offices for additional information.
